I think I need a full suit of metal armour before I master the proper techniques of heel brake or any other good enough for me to stop brake...

After three vaccinations at the clinic this afternoon, I wasn't expecting anything more painful than the tetanus jab for the day. But as it turns out, there's a surprise laid out for me today. Just as skating session was about to end and I went up and down the slope in LKCSB the nth time, I had to lose my balance and fell flat on the ground as I couldn't balance properly -.-" ouch. I think I said,"this is worse than the jabs I took in the afternoon" after falling. But it's better now, my jabs are becoming more painful :(

Haha, there was an instant feeling of defeat. And yes, I still can't apply my heel brakes steadily after all these weeks of practise. I need more practices =x Had no proper camera, shall show you all the slope if I have a chance next time (: I shall conquer it hahaha.

Alright, enjoy the weekends! (:

a metal suit will be worse... wear winter-clothing... 2 layers... more cushioning!! metal suit more pain! metal hit floor, you hit metal... so u want to feel hot or feel pain??

oh I didn't know you fell. Did you injure yourself? Hope not. Jiayou! Slopes are tough, especially for beginners. I fell quite badly at the slope of an underpass when I first started skating. Sprained ankle, deep wound on my right knee which turned into an ugly scar, out-of-action for more than a month. Then for a long time I had phobia of slopes.

huh... =/ no scratches but hope no internal injuries...sigh.
